Introduction: Refrigerator freezer seems complex, the structure is actually very simple, mainly composed of compressor, condenser, capillary, evaporator, and refrigerant continuous circulation (compressor→ condenser→capillary tube→ evaporator →compressor), the heat in the refrigerator to the outside. 1 compressor (low pressure high temperature gas→ high pressure high temperature gas)
Function: Absorbs the refrigerant vapor from low temperature and low pressure in the evaporator, and finally becomes high temperature and high pressure steam after adiabatic compression of the compressor
2 condenser (high pressure high temperature gas→ high pressure cryogenic liquid)
Function: The high temperature and high pressure steam in the compressor is introduced into the condenser, and the refrigerant steam is condensed under the same pressure, and the heat is dissipated to the surrounding medium to turn it into a high pressure and low temperature refrigerant coolant.
3 filter driers (installed between condenser and capillary)
1. It is used to absorb moisture in the refrigeration system to prevent ice blockage
2. Play a filtering role to prevent impurities, debris, etc. from entering the capillary and causing dirty blockage.
4 capillaries (high pressure cryogenic liquid→ low pressure cryogenic liquid)
Function: After throttling the high pressure and low temperature refrigerant cold liquid in the capillary medium enthalpy, it is converted into low temperature and low pressure refrigerant steam, and then the refrigerant steam is sent to the evaporator.
5 evaporator (low pressure cryogenic liquid→ low pressure high temperature gas)
Function: The refrigerant vapor that will pass through the capillaries at low temperature and low pressure will boil under the condition of equal pressure in the evaporator, and the refrigerant vapor will absorb the heat of the surrounding medium during the boiling process, and finally become a low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant dry saturated steam.
6 starter and overload protector
The refrigerator starting relay is a PTC starting relay. PTC is a semiconductor crystal material with a positive temperature coefficient of resistance. This PTC, in the case of an ambient temperature of 100 °C or less, is not electrified, has a low resistance (about 22Ω), and the temperature of the component rises sharply after being energized, and the resistance increases, so that the starting winding is broken.
II. Overload protector:
When the temperature of the compressor is too high or the main winding current is too large, in order to avoid the compressor motor burning, the overload protector will automatically disconnect the compressor power supply
There is a starting capacitor and a running capacitor in the refrigerator, which is actually used for phase shift operation of single-phase motors. Play a buffering role and protect electrical appliances.
Why do capillaries lower pressure? Because the fluid velocity increases, the pressure decreases.
